This Molar Band Seater/Bite Stick is made from an FDA-approved liquid crystal polymer that is practically indestructible. It offers uncompromising chemical resistance, high tensile strength, and thermal stability for compatibility with all common methods of sterilization. The special polymer formula will retain its durability through sterilization - it will not become brittle with age. The stainless steel insert is serrated for the easy burnishing of bands.
